groups. Our education groups cost $30, our therapy groups cost $25. In order to begin

CBT SKILLS AND THERAPY This group is for clients with non-driving related charges who are required to complete treatment
that has a focus on changing addictive or maladaptive behavior. Depending on the needs of the client, the client is enrolled in
anywhere between one group or two groups and an individual session for an enhanced treatment program. Our CBT groups
include skills from well-researched Cognitive Behavioral skill training programs available, such as Reasoning and Rehabilitation
(R&R), Strategies for Self-Improvement and Change (SSC), and Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention in College Students
(BASICS – A Relapse Prevention and Motivational Interviewing approach to Harm Reduction).
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY Clients can choose to enhance the intensity of services and meet their legal requirements through
meeting individually with a therapist. The benefit of this approach is that you receive treatment that is tailored to meet your
specific needs. Therapists are trained in a variety of modalities that are effective in treating addiction, anxiety, depression and
trauma. ACU-DETOX CLINIC We offer an Acu-detox clinic (an auricular acupuncture that reduces cravings and withdrawal
symptoms) to our clients. Thus, we support to the entire client’s bio-psychological system. Acu-detox has received support from
clinical trials conducted by the National Institute on Drug Abuse.
